Adding the video feature to the sitebuilder is not a difficult processs, once you learn the code entry process. The HTML codes can be adjusted to make the video whatever size that you choose. There is a built in feature for adding a Youtube video in the menu of the SiteBuilder but the only disadvantage that I see with using it is you cannot adjust the size of the Video.
